EY GDS - 7 LPA fixed

Accenture - 7.3 LPA fixed

UKG - 12.3 LPA fixed

Some doubts with UKG-

Shift timing is 3 PM - 12 AM IST. 3 days WFO
HR was too friendly, called me twice before L2 interview to give me some tips (kind of desperate)
I asked for 9.5 LPA fixed, still offered 12.3.

Something fishy. Planning to take around 10 from EY showing the counter. Pls suggest
