Hello, I'm looking at a position within Paypal. My question, what is the work life balance, expectation for office (hybrid/remote/other) and is the pay comparable to other companies? Reviewing Director and Senior Director roles on the business side. I have over 15 years experience with multiple degrees. TIA!
I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment
I need referral Intuit

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Layoffs are planned every quarter
Did they provided severance package @Freshworks 1
Performance based layoffs had been happening even before 2023 in all firms. But if you are doing your job, you shouldn’t be worried. Please join if the role is good for you and if you are ok with mandatory in-office presence. The work at Freshworks is good, the people are helpful
Were you promised a hike to whitewash? And do dirty laundry for them in Public??
Yes Performance based layoffs happens in every company, but not every quarter. If you are finding low performers continuously then there something seriously wrong with the hiring team or the company is just laying off people in the name of performance.
Exactly! And in FW more than the performance, favouritism affects the layoffs!
Hi Freshworks Sharks,
Please help me to understand the Roles and Responsibilities of a TAM in FreshWorks Cx Support.
Also is it a good move to take up that role from now being a Support Engineer.
Any idea what will be the compensation for a TAM ?
Note: I am not working for Freshworks
Basically you will work at fixing their buggy product and make the customer feel good about how the product is. I suggest you wait for any other opportunities
