YOE - 4.8
Tech stack - .NET
Question: If I apply to another service based company, given my YOE, can I expect coding round or coding questions? Or will it be just verbal, scenario based interview?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.

How do you approach a firm recruiting you when you weren't looking to move? Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

Attended interview in hexaware, selected and completed CAF form. HR mentioned that it's sent for approval. But it's been a week and didn't got offer letter.
In general, how long it will take for approval of offer letter and get it released?
