In pipeline: Wipro, B3 BAND (BA), PUNE, 22.6 LPA (not fixed).

Which one to choose for job security, work life Balance, work culture, future opportunities, on-site etc.

I work at a service based MNC and resigned recently. I'm getting married within a week and moving with my partner, and won't be able to serve the notice period. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying. What to do.
