Role is engineering specialist but they are hiring for architect position and expectation is to see multiple projects.Can someone please guide is it worty to join. I have already resigned from current compmay and served notice period as well which is ending on coming Monday and my joining in ZS is 18

Have you seen women wear ties and "masculine"-looking suits to work? Was it accepted by client and team? I've never worn a tie to work, but when I've worn clothing that had a more "masculine" fit either in grad school or some work environments, I've gotten comments and looks, or sometimes asked (or people gossiped) about my orientation. When I wear more "feminine"-looking clothing, I feel more more uncomfortable and awkward. 🤷🏼‍♀️
