I am currently working in finance controller ship profile from last 7 years. I want to switch to some technical profile such as transformation or FP&A.

Are there some ways to do that without impacting my compensation. I am open to pursue some certification programme if that might help.

Which companies are offering permanent WFH in India.

I have a place in NYC and FL and planning to stay in my place in FL for a good 8-9 months. Is it fair to keep my job information the same and just declare to the IRS where I spend my tax year? Or do I have to actually relocate back and forth?! Using TurboTax, it looks like it just asks you where you lived & work and how many months.

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). I am first year and I got my written reviews today. A partner wrote that I need to be more detail oriented and cited a time I screwed something up for a production.
