Does this ever happened with anyone that your interview went very good and then also you got rejection mail from hr and unable to understand what when wrong. The same thing happened with me yesterday for coinswitch data engineer profile. Solved all the questions and actually gave some suggestions also , but today got rejection mail.😂😂

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
