Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

That's how you know the caffeine is working!!
Aw man that's my favorite part about it, it's how I know it's being absorbed by my system haha
Yeahhh I used to be pretty dependent on caffeine and I became a little concerned because of that same reason. I've switched to black tea now and I find it to be a healthier experience overall
How long you been drinking coffee for? I found that the more I consumed it the less it started to affect my body
I wish I still got some sort of feeling out of it, I basically just drink it out of habit at this point. I can even have it before bed and nothing :(
Too much caffeine can cause hand shaking, among other things. If you're worried about your caffeine intake, try cutting back slowly and see if that helps.
I had to get my 5 cups to 2, then 1. It was a painful process but so worth it. The caffeine was really starting to mess up my work.
