Not in today's world but that is changing. So if you can ask this question in 5 years I'd say Yes I think getting a job at big 4 without a college degree will be more common than not. To help fight against the student debt crisis, major companies are going to begin piloting the idea of hiring candidates who have completed their required accounting courses expected to be hired to avoid waisting 10s of thousands of dollars on basket weaving courses. Attended a meeting and can confirm that this is already being planned and will start over the next two years.
