Hi all, i am in a weird situation at deloitte BGV. I completed a non tech internship (in sales) for one and half month at a company which created my PF. Now since this is irrelevant to my full stack dev profile it is not mentioned in resume. But its there in PF history. I have docs for this internship - offer and experience letter.

When first advantage sent me BGV Form, they said to group all internships, part time, freelancing under a section called “Unpaid Internships”

To clear few misconceptions
1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
I probably should have choosen USI
