Hi team, I have cleared 2 round of technical interviews at PPD, a part of TS. HR round is scheduled for Tuesday (09/20/2022)

My total experience is approx. 8 years.
My domain is ServiceNow development for which my relevant experience is 6.8 years.

Based on my experience, if some one can let me know:
1. Which designation should I be hired?
2. Annual package (excluding pf, gf, medical insurance, yearly bonus, etc)?
3. Usual shift time and working hours?
4. How many leaves they provide per year?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable translation service? I am looking to translate training materials into Spanish, German, Japanese, and Mandarin. I’ve had bad luck in the past with quality, speed and price for translating services.

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? What will get me to be able to work for longer than 35 minutes without getting distracted?
