We don’t have an offshore model, OP. So, to answer your question, Salesforce consultants in every office can definitely undertake technical work.
Every office is a technical delivery office. Somebody described Slalom as a “franchise model” firm, which rings true. We have some global teams that support or augment, but the expectation is that you can deliver technical work if you’re in a technical role in local.
If some of a project is “outsourced”, it will be to the global SF team, which is mostly based in North America.
