Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

I am giving interview for data analyst roles and the level of SQL which is being asked is like above anything and I am making a fool out of myself in front of interviewers. General W3schools or resources are not serving the purpose. Can somebody help me how can I prepare well ..
