I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.

Anyone have any advice or insight on interviewing for a GS General Attorney position? I’m really excited and working to prepare for an interview I’ve been offered. About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

I am having 4.6 + years of experience as a Manual test engineer and already frustrated with it.
In these years, I haven't learn any technical skills.
Though , I am very good at handling clients, planning and at other required stuffs.
But all these are soft skills which doesn't directly contributed to my resume.
