I have got an offer with Wells Fargo, India. I have 8+ years experience in .net full stack. I am offered 23lpa fixed + 3 variable. Am i offered low for a 8+ yrs in Wells Fargo? Is so, what's the salary i should request to hr?

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Should I make the move or wait for a year to bag a better offer (maybe 25+)?
The HR said I'm getting 20 cause of less YOE
