I am working on fixed term employment basis for 2+ years and serving notice period.
As per new labour laws (implemented since 21 Nov 2025), I am eligible to receive the Gratuity as I am on fixed term employment basis for more than one year. However, company policy requires the continuous employment of more the 4.5+ years.
How can I go ahead on this so I can get the gratuity?
