Alright QOTD: How are you paying back your loans? PSLF or working for Private Firms and Paying your loans back yourself? Which choice do you think is better. I have 5 years left of PSLF and I cannot wait for the day that this loan is gone.

Highly based on the income at either job. You need to sit down and do hard math — is the PSLF equal to higher salary at private firm, including salary difference between private and public?

Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. I'd settle for insurance work if theres good WLB & $$$ lol

Does anyone know of any good job options in FL for attorneys who are not licensed in FL? I’m wanting to move back to be closer to my family but I really do not want to take the bar again. I’ve applied for some in house roles but I’ve only got three years of practice so I’m not sure I’m qualified. Is it possible to find something or will I need to suck it up and take the bar again?

Thinking if can’t go through EEOC, then what type of claim can I file in litigation?
