When I followed up with HR regarding my application, she told me that I was being put on hold due to my notice period, and another candidate had secured the job as he was an immediate joiner. She also told you that you are not rejected, and as we are waiting for another hiring approval, we will contact you or in case there is any attraction. What are my chances of getting in?
