I attended a TCS walk-in interview last week and was selected. HR informed me I’d get a call the following week for document upload and then the offer would follow.

I received a call yesterday to upload the documents, which I did, but there’s been no update since. I’ve tried calling, but there’s no response. Has anyone faced a similar situation? What should be done next?

How much parental leave does your company offer to employees? Please include location, size of company and type of business. We are a SaaS company in NYC with 60 employees. We give 16 weeks paid for “primary caregivers “ and 6 weeks for “secondary “ caregivers. I want to advocate for everyone to get at least 12 weeks.

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company.
