So I just recently passed my CPA exams and I’m now looking for new opportunities. I’m hoping to work at a big 4 firm in tax and possibly connect with anyone working there right now. Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

Welcome to consulting. Oh you know epic hospital billing, here’s an Athena or cerner data migration project that’s really more clarity and extracts based. “As a consultant you should be able to use your transferable skills.”
Damn you actually know how to code something. That alone makes you top 10%

Sounds like an excuse to me - Partner lo
I told my SM no but unfortunately it’s not really an option for this. It is not a huge piece that has to be in JS. Thankfully most of it can be done in Python I think. It’s something the non-technical SM agreed to without talking to me (leading the only tech team on the project) and my team is mostly analysts who only know sql.
Yeah that’s my plan it’s still just the assumption that by being technical you should know all of this that drives me crazy.
I built one Python script to automate part of my current project and the next thing I knew my Project Lead was introducing me to the client as the project’s Python expert 🐍 lol
I don’t get it - there are so many R/Python wrappers for JS visualizations. You should start with design/requirements, not programming languages. Cart->Horse
But I appreciate your frustration. Oh you’re a data scientist? That means you can do web dev too, right?
