Hi All I gave an Interview at gartner for Associate Data scientist role, gone through all 4 rounds of interview and cleared them with flying colours. After the final interview HR informed the feedback was positive but it’s been 20 days now and still HR is not sure about the update from the upper management about the offer letter. I told them that I already have the offer and they told me to move forward with it since they don’t have any update… I am not sure what is happening,

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
