Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.
Do we get complete variable pay in HCL?
I had an interview w/ the Hiring Manager at Boston Consulting Group for a position and it went so well that the HM said on the spot I was going to be moving onto the next round. Its been weeks since that interview & I've had to follow up w/ the recruiter 3x asking for an update. I mentioned interviewing elsewhere but prioritizing BCG. He finally responded to that saying he was going to debrief with the HM and get back to me but nothing... what gives?

They generally are able to offer more than 40-50 percent hike.
Good culture, WLB depends on the team and role but it is generally good. Haven't seen any micromanagement yet. Leave policy is standard as per other companies with some additional casual and sick leaves.
