I am not sure if that would be actual pre tax salary including everything OR there would be additional salary added as part of Travel, Internet, Food, etc types of allwoance on top of my 50K GBP. And also please help me know if my estimate is correct

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
