Is it worth it to get someone to do your taxes as an associate (vs. using TurboTax, etc.)? Rising fourth year if that changes your thoughts.

I recently resigned from Infosys (still on probation) - while discussing with my manager and lead both of them told me that - they cannot give me hike as the current in hand offer - however chances of on-site is possible… but I need to complete at least 1 year in Infosys.. I believe improving one’s sales conversion rate is something everyone want to improve but no one wants to admit they would like to work it.
