I had received a call from a HR of Wells regarding a position of Lead Representative Security Operations. I have overall 4 yrs of work ex total and my Current ctc is 10.5.

What is the general ctc range of Lead Representative role and how is the work culture in WF.

The HR said will call me on Thursday to schedule an interview. Is asking for 15 lpa too much or too less for this role when compared to my present ctc? Can anyone throw some light

Got a job offer with a lower base salary but a guaranteed bonus structure that puts me ahead of my current pay at the end of each year. Has anyone moved to a position with a compensation structure like this? Was it hard to adjust when it came to your monthly finances?

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.
