Hi all.. i have a doubt.. how much is the probability of getting H1B visa if we have a USA masters degree?

Quick question - I have an offer from Accenture consulting. I am on dependant visa here in US. What happens in case my extension gets denied? Is Accenture flexible to support my relocation to my home country . Accenture does have a presence there.

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?

How can one break into business immigration law with zero immigration experience?
