I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process. But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Is it advisable to proceed? They're not asking any money from me they are sponsoring for visa. Is it safe

AMA: International Travel (US to Europe) During Coronavirus! I found very little info on this topic before my trip and had a bunch of questions which I wish someone could have helped with. Now, a friend and I both traveled US to Europe in the last week, different routes, in Econ/Biz. Is it true Deloitte is not sponsoring H1B visas? I have a friend considering joining as an SC after MBA. However, they are concerned that Deloitte is not sponsoring. Are these fears correct? What are your thoughts on pay discrepancies based on family structure? Ex. Two people do the same job but one is paid more or given a larger bonus “because they have kids and you live alone” or “because their family is struggling”. I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? My mother in law got scammed by a con artist from the UK online and lost $7K (damn you Facebook!)

Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.
