I have an awkward question.

I joined Genpact in mid-2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. All onboarding was done virtually, and my laptop was shipped via courier. There was no requirement to visit the office, and I've been working remotely until now. However, the company is now asking employees to return to the office, and I still haven't received my ID card, which is necessary for entry. Since it's been a long time, I'm concerned if the company will take any disciplinary action.

How are other people approaching inventory counts during covid, for people with 6/30 year end clients? Need ideas. Anyone thinking of doing a virtual audit of the count?

My one year anniversary of opening my own solo firm is next week. Ideas for how to recognize this milestone on social media/Linkedin, etc? I do blog regularly but I'm struggling to figure out the best angle.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. I wanted to move to devops role. But without experience no one is giving opportunity and they are considering my profile as QA only 😒

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada).
