I need your help in salary discussion currently I am in UBS as Quant in Risk Management Team and getting 19.1 LPA fixed no variable + min 10% bonus every year and I have 2 years of experience total how much I should quote for Fidelity. Will we have Free Cab and meal in gurgaon office also how is WLB in Risk Team
