I have cleared the interview process with Publicis Sapient for senior experienced engineer role.

I have 5.6 years of experience in Frontend - React JS, My current CTC is 13.85 LPA (*11.75L fixed + 2.1L variable).

Can anyone who has recently received an offer from Publicis Sapient for a similar experience range share insights on the expected CTC I can negotiate for?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

What would you do in this situation?
I have my last day at employer A right before thanksgiving and will be covered on their health insurance through 11/30. I am taking some time off before starting a new position with employer B in mid January but their insurance wouldn’t be effective until 2/1. I have 60 days to elect COBRA under employer A, which leaves me with 2 days where I wouldn’t have coverage (Jan30/31). What would you do in this situation? (Cont)

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
