The test has 2 questions and 135 mins duration, will it be Java focused or can it have Selenium as well ?

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life. Is it just me or do people drive like maniacs in the Denver metro? Constant tailgating no matter what the speed limit or if there’s traffic or construction. I’m appalled by how dangerous some people here drive. Relax, getting there a few seconds faster isn’t worth anyone’s life. Aren’t y’all supposed to be too high to be driving like this anyway?

i) what is the precise path to partnership after director? Is it true that typically once someone is promoted to MD, that you’re generally not on the path to partner? Ive seen MD’s make partner and ive seen directors make partner. What is the difference in these paths and why?

ii) what is the compensation range for deals Managing Director in a Tier 1 city (NYC, etc.)

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. I’m confused because we’re doing the work either way and “spending” in labor/resources.
