I have a question about mid-size Philadelphia law firms. Does anyone have any insight about what life is like (culture, pay, billable hours, cases, WFH, perks, etc.) as a junior partner/senior associate/of counsel in the litigation department at the following firms: Montgomery McCracken, Schnader Harrison, Stradley Ronon, Dilworth Paxson, Klehr Harrison?

The higher you go the less standardized comp becomes, and the less it is driven by tenure, and the more it varies both within and across firms. There are firms where successful senior partners make 8 figures.
Role matters as well, not just tenure and performance. While leadership roles are visible some of the most lucrative draws come from market-facing roles and impact.
From my experience, $2-3 is pretty typical for senior partners (some are higher). Top performers cross 2 as early as year 5 or 6. Others take longer (or don't reach).
P1 you mind sharing which firm you’re at and service line? OP works at EY and in tech consulting at least, don’t think I know of anyone that hit even $1M by yr 5 or 6.
