I have few questions on offer letter of chevron
1- what is the probation period of 6 months in the offer letter means? How serious is it, and what usually happens during this period?
2- There is no salary breakup mentioned in the offer letter. I see base pay, pf, fixed pay mentioned in the document under seperate sections and a mention about variable pay. There are less/no details about fixed component. What comes as part of fixed allowance?
