Just wanted to understand how is the work culture,job security and work life balance in jp morgan . Inputs are really appreciated on these .

What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k).
