Hi All, I have received an offer letter from UniqueHire where it is stated that I will be deployed with their client Llyods Technology Center in Hyderabad.

During the interview it was mentioned that for 6 months i will be with Unique hire payroll and after the mentioned time I will be converted to a Llyods FTE but in offer letter it is only mentioned that my probation period is of 6 months.

Can someone please clarify and explain the process, expected timelines and what is the conversion percentage?

Is there a point in reaching out to HR if I am being mentally tortured in the project. My project manager has cancelled my leaves which I planned 2 months in advance and approved for the person who is very close to him (Chaatu). Will the HR help me here or start giving me gyaan about company policies.

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it.
