I have two offers, from synechron and amadeus labs.
Synechron is giving 6-7 lakhs more than my current offer of amadeus.i do not have time to negotiate with amadeus.
Can you please tell which company is better to join? What are pros and cons of synechron?

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
