Yesterday i got a mail from lti that i have cleared all the round and will be informed for next steps. I asked the hr and she told me that the approval of my offer in in process. Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Hi Fishes, I joined LTI on 21st Nov as Specialist- Product Engineering. While HR discussion, hr told me that this for LTI product FOSFOR. After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Is it that now they are not considering me for products? In iprofile it shows project name as ABAS but manager name as RM name. Can someone help me?
