I need suggestions on how to deal a speeding ticket, I received a speeding ticket in CO state and sheriff mentioned it as 6 pointer and will not register on driving history as i am out of state. when i called to sheriff office to pay penalty, they said it's 2 pointer and will impact my driving history. Any idea how to deal it? Is it good to hire lawyer and fight? If yes, where can I lawyer info as I am out of state.
