I recently cleared F2F interview at Barclays drive. In the hr round they said i got selected and will reach out to me via telephone for other details. They took my attested resume. Next day they asked me to apply for a role and shares link post that there are no updates it's been 2 days. I know it's short but I am worried as they haven't collected any docs le haven't initiated any process apart from applying a role. What is the usual process after verbal offer and what should I do next

Question for PPMDs. I heard that a long time ago we used to get paid for the overtime hours we put. When/why did that change? Could you ever see this coming back?

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
