I recently received my PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Washington. I have had a dismal time applying for jobs since July of 2024. Can anyone recommend me to or make an introduction to your contacts for entry level positions in pharma/biotech? I have experience with R and Python for bioinformatics/RNA seq analyses, behavioral neuroscience (in vivo), and molecular biology. Thank you for you time and consideration!

My current package is 6 lakh and at time of screening I said expected 10 lakh , should I tell I expect 11 lakh in managerial round or different nos will lead to rejection.Also salary negotiable is done by manager only? Experience - 3 years 3 month

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Spoke to hiring manager and they even offered another position which matched my skills. Scheduled a full panel interview. Met with the team had a great chat, Founder even said "I guess you can start right away"..Hiring manager calls later says they'll update then boom that generic email hits my inbox.
