So I've been working at my company for 8 months now as a business analyst. Both senior consultants on my project are leaving, with no replacements in sight, so the project work is most likely going to fall to me. I am already doing most of the work of a full fledged consultant as defined by the companies description. I'm only getting paid 55k a year which I'm being told by other employees is below industry standard (they take around 70% of my billable rate) and I'm feeling kind of stuck. Advise?

I’m transitioning to sales now and am insecure that my personality and appearance may hinder sales gen? Client industry is very old school. I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
