Hi all,

I recently received offer from Deloitte India and in interview they told me that it is Bangalore location.

I told that I can join in 30 days and hence offer letter DOJ was given exactly 1 month after putting down papers. Now my current company is not letting me go in a month. Will Deloitte India extend my offer for another month( in call they told they can wait for 2 more weeks)? Also if I ask that I will join from Chennai location, will they agree? Help pls

There is a partner that, without fail, calls on Fridays after 6pm anytime I am staffed with him. It’s extremely frustrating since his calls are usually non-urgent and I make it a point to check in early in the day to address anything. Any advice?

I started a new role 3 months ago and I don’t feel like I’m being set up to succeed. There was basically no onboarding. I have no clue who to go to for anything. We have no central repository for old documents, so I’m constantly fumbling around & starting from zero. I keep finding systems or programs that someone was supposed to get me access to/train me on but never did. I’m so stressed out because I never know if I’m missing something huge. Is this normal..or do I need to start job hunting?

Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA.
