I have an interview tomorrow with a recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn. I believe I am way under-qualified for the position and I pointed that out to her, but she responded with several points from my resume as to why she believes the role is a good fit with my experience. Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?

What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be. Most positions I’m applying to require desired salary in the application, and the truth is I’d accept anything north of 125k but don’t want to undersell myself and take a bigger cut than necessary coming from biglaw.

I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!
