Ideas to deal with micromanager who has just been layered

I just received an EY Senior II offer in NYC with base salary of 115k. Is this typical for this position in NYC or should I fight for more?

I’ve never negotiated a salary before… any tips? The offer is for a boutique consulting firm with 2 YOE. The project work aligns exactly to my current role.

Base: 125k + COLA
Bonus target: 10%
Sign on bonus: 10k

Current base: 115k
Current bonus target: 15%

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?
