I want to know about the process after the final round of interview.
I got a call from HR and she said she will take my candidature further and ask few basic details as well as my expected CTC. She said she will send me an email to submit my documents and along with a Job ID. It's been few days already, I haven't received that email yet. How much time does it take usually?
I'm just curious to know how the exact processes look like after final round at PwC AC.

When a role says “Remote, LOCATION” on the job description, must you live in that LOCATION and work remotely or does it mean that your home office will be that LOCATION?

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Will this ruin my opportunities down the road?

I have been in management for the past 8 years and part of large corporations. I just recently joined a small organization that I have wanted to be a part of for the past 2 years, accepted the role of general manager. This organization knew that I don’t have general manager experience, no payroll experience, no experience setting prices, no purchasing experience and today, 6 days after starting, I have been asked to step down due to not being confident that I will be ready in 3 weeks…
