Does anyone work or run a satellite office? I’m in a role where our satellite office has no designated leadership that sits regularly with HQ decisions makers. It’s me and an ECD expected to run the day to day with no visibility into the network. We routinely get agency decisions rolling down to us without guidance on how to implement. Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? And if i'm showing only the salary breakup page, should i hide the company logo?
