Hi all, I was on a break in my carrer and now I got an offer from Deloitte as part of their encore program.as per the offer letter its a 16 week on job training ,post that I will get confirmed. Any one know about this process and how tough it is.i have other normal offers also now, but wish to be a part of deloitte.is it good to leave other offers and join Deloitte for this training? Suggestions plz, if anyone is aware of encore program

Frankly the state bar isn't a good resource and it's starting to impact my career in not practicing the law. I've been working for a non attorney job in my company for years and was recently told my suspension means I'd never get it. Boy that was a blow that triggered depression and anxiety, still there as it's been less than a year week.

I have been interviewed on 23rd April and was asked to upload documents on the same day. From that day my application status is Review in Progress. Does anyone have any idea till when I can expect call from HR.

What is the point in asking why do you want to switch after all interview process ? Haven't HR seen resume with all career progression for a candidate before shortlisting that resume which means they are fine with another Switch. If at all they want to ask this question so as to eliminate someone , they should ask this as the first call by them before scheduling the interview. It is a two process i.e. you need a resource and we don't ask them why do you want to recruit us ?
