Hello my mother is in Delhi and has Covid. Her fever hovers around between101 and 103. It’s the 7th day now (until 3 days ago, the fever was actually around 99-101). She has been on Paracetamol 650. Someone recommended MEFTAL 500. Does anyone here have family members who was put on this medication? Or any other alternate suggestions on how we can reduce the fever temperature? 🙏🏾

Hey all. I just got hired as a Sales manager in a remote setting. As soon as I was done with training, the leadership team cut the entire BD side. What is the homelessness situation like in Nashville? Currently live in Seattle and things are out of control here. Everything's too expensive, and the city doesn't have enough shelters for everyone. It's a mess. Hoping to move somewhere calmer where the city gives a f*ck about it's people. Mother in law lives in Nashville and she'd love to be closer to the grandkids, but rampant homelessness is a deal breaker for me.

I’ve been a project manager (delivery focused) for 8 years now and have worked across multiple companies / teams as I am a contractor. Anyone here familiar with the hiring process of KPMG consulting in Van? Had a partner interview on Nov 21, thought the feedback was positive but haven't heard back yet (no rejection/offer). Is it something normal or the interview just didn't go as well as I thought?

Had a really great initial interview with a recruiter for a CS role at a company I’m dying to work for! The recruiter went over next steps which would included scheduling an interview with the hiring manager next. I was interviewed on a Tuesday and he said he’d get back about the inteveriw with the hiring manager at the end of the week, or latest Monday. I also followed up with a thank you email after the interview. It’s now the following Friday (almost 9 days later) Should I follow up or wait?

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.
