Cleared an Interview with HCL and the HR has discussed about the Pay and informed that he would send for approval and I have not got any email so far been a week
Any thoughts ?

Any tips for someone with adequate experience in scripting languages , working in finance industry trying to pivot to tech companies. Shooting for data analytics/ data engineer but no luck so far with securing interviews because past work experience only limited to finance industry. What are some ways of applying so that your resume actually gets picked and looked at ? Feeling very depressed and demotivated :(

Hi, got offer from infosys. Can i ask them to change the joining location.Any chances of them driving the candidature if I ask for it. Have another backup offer but not that good as infosys.

Also what reasons could infy consider for joining location change.
