I was selected for HCL, and the HR discussion was completed on 11th March. The HR informed me that my profile had been sent for CTC approval. On Friday, March 13, the status of my application changed from "Pending for HR Assessment" to "Offer Approved." However, I have not received the offer letter yet. How long will it take to receive the offer letter after this status change?

What should I do now ? Or I will get the offer Lett from HCL or not ?

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
